Pricing

At Catalyst Haven, we believe that access to high-quality strategy and advocacy support should not be restricted by financial barriers. Our pricing approach is guided by principles of equity and is structured to reflect the resources, scale, and needs of each organization we serve.

  • We consider whether you are a grassroots collective, non-profit, funder, association, or progressive business, and tailor pricing to reflect your sector and needs.

Grassroots Groups: Small, community-led initiatives focused on intersectional issues such as race, gender, equity, and systemic oppression. These groups typically operate with limited funding and rely on volunteer leadership.

Registered Charities: Organizations with charitable status that address critical community needs. They may operate at local, regional, or national scales, balancing service delivery with fundraising responsibilities.

Non-Profits: Organizations without charitable status but with broader operational mandates. They often tackle systemic issues, deliver services, and advocate for change, with budgets ranging from modest to large.

Funders & Foundations: Grantmaking bodies and philanthropic organizations that support community-led initiatives and systemic change. These groups typically manage larger budgets and focus on measurable impact and policy influence.

Associations & Networks: Membership-based organizations, coalitions, or professional associations that unite stakeholders around shared goals. They often focus on sector-wide advocacy, knowledge sharing, and capacity building.

Progressive Businesses & B-Corps: For-profit enterprises committed to advancing social and environmental impact alongside financial sustainability. These organizations often require advocacy and strategy support to strengthen credibility, stakeholder engagement, and public trust.

  • Budgets vary. We take into account your current funding streams and capacity to ensure our services remain accessible without straining resources.

  • The scope of your organization matters. Whether you are a small community group or a larger institution, we adjust pricing to align with your operational scale and reach.

  • We prioritize working with organizations that advance equity, justice, and inclusion. Special consideration is given to organizations led by and for communities disproportionately affected by colonization, racism, sexism, ableism, and other forms of systemic oppression. Pricing reflects our commitment to supporting those driving intersectional, systemic change.

Pro Bono

At Catalyst Haven, we honour the work of organizations whose missions align with amplifying underinvested and underrepresented voices.

To support these efforts, we allocate pro bono hours each quarter to:

  • Grassroots and community groups led by Indigenous, Black, racialized, 2SLGBTQIA+, or other excluded and underinvested communities

  • Organizations directly addressing colonization, systemic inequities, or intersectional issues
